The cricket world’s leading administrators will gather at Lord’s
Cricket Ground from Friday 24 June to Tuesday 28 June for the ICC
Annual Meetings.
The series of meetings will begin with the ICC Chief Executives’
meeting on 24-25 June and will conclude on 28 June with the ICC Annual
Conference and ICC Cricket Business Forum.
Also incorporated into the programme will be a meeting of the ICC
Executive Board on 27 June, the annual ICC Associate Members meeting
and the first ever ICC Women’s Committee meeting.
The Directors of IDI will then travel to
Dublin for the
meeting of the IDI Board of Directors on 29 June.
The full programme of meetings is as follows:
ICC Chief
Executives’ Committee – 24-25 June
Attendees: Chief Executives of ICC Full Member countries plus three
representatives of ICC Associate Member countries. Chaired by ICC
Chief Executive, Malcolm Speed.
Key agenda items include:
(a) Consideration of proposals from
ICC Cricket Committee concerning:
(b) Johnnie Walker Super Series
technology trials
(c) Changes to ODI playing conditions
(d) Consideration of proposed amendments to
ICC Code of Conduct including issues
relating to right of appeal
(e) Formulation of recommendation to IDI
Board regarding format of ICC Champions Trophy 2006.
Associate Members meeting
– 26 June
Attendees: Representatives from all ICC Associate Member countries.
Chaired by HRH Tunku Imran.
Key agenda items include:
(a)
Nomination of Associate Member representatives for ICC Executive
Board, Chief Executives’ Committee and Cricket Committee
(b) Recommendations on applications for
membership from new countries for consideration by ICC Executive Board
and ICC Annual Conference
(c) Recommendations on status of current
Associate and Affiliate Members. The current Affiliate Members
Belgium, Belize, Botswana, Japan, Kuwait and Thailand have applied for
an upgrade to Associate Membership status.
ICC Executive Board
meeting – 27 June
Attendees: Chairmen/Presidents of ICC Full Member countries plus three
representatives of ICC Associate Member countries. Chaired by ICC
President, Ehsan Mani.
Key agenda items include:
(a) Discussions on ICC Anti-Doping and
Anti-Racism policies
(b) Update on Review of the Structure of
Cricket
(c) Consideration of membership issues with
recommendations to be made to ICC Annual Conference.

ICC Women’s Committee
meeting – 27 and 29 June
Attendees: Five regional delegates plus one co-opted member and one
observer. Chaired by Betty Timmer.
Key agenda items include:
(a) Consideration of issues relating to
integration of regulations between women’s and men’s cricket including
playing conditions, Code of Conduct and eligibility with
recommendations to be made to ICC Development Committee
(b) Consideration of qualifying pathway to
next Women’s World Cup with recommendations to be made to ICC
Development Committee
ICC Annual Conference
Attendees: Delegates from ICC Full Member countries and Associate
Member countries plus five representatives from ICC Affiliate Member
countries. Chaired by ICC President.
Key agenda items include:
(a) Decision on applications for Affiliate
Membership from Jersey, Guernsey, Mali and Slovenia
(b) Decision on applications for Associate
Membership from Belgium, Belize, Botswana, Japan, Kuwait and Thailand
(c) Decision on recommendation from
Governance Review Committee (GRC) to change nomination process for
future ICC Presidents
(d) Decision on restructuring ODI status to
provide this status for all matches involving top six Associates
against Full Members or each other
(e) Decision on host nation and format of
ICC U/19 Cricket World Cup 2006

ICC Cricket Business
Forum
Attendees: ICC stakeholders including Board representatives,
commercial partners and media.
Key agenda items include:
(a) Speeches from ICC President Ehsan Mani,
ICC Chief Executive Malcolm Speed. Other prestigious speakers to be
announced in due course.
